How do I cancel my membership auto-renewal?

Log in to your member profile.  Select Edit profile, here you can see the option for cancel auto-renewal at the bottom of the page.

What membership benefits are there?

Since the founding of the club in 1969, we have seen the Dallas Running Club grow from 20 members to over 3,500 members. We do not skimp when it comes to benefits for our members.  We offer free monthly club races with post-race food and chip timing, discounts on our three signature races, and discounts at local athletic retail stores. But the greatest benefit received by our members is meeting other people who share your passion and energy for running, walking or other exercise activities, which usually leads to life-long friendships.

  • Four Free-to-Members Club Races per year. The free monthly club races fall on the first Saturday for the months of January, April, June, August, and October.  These races differ each month in distances, from a 5K, 10K or 15K.
  • Discounts on our Three Signature Races each year.  Discounts offered to our members on the three Signature races, which include Trinity River Levee Run in March, the White Rock n' Roll 5 miles & 10 miles in June, and the DRC Half Marathon & 5K in November.
  • Members can participate in our training programs for an additional cost.  The DRC training program consists of training options from 5k & 10k to half marathon & marathon distances.  The programs include options for both run and run/walk.
  • Social events throughout the year including monthly social runs at various locations throughout Dallas, the annual summer picnic and annual holiday party in December.
  • Discounts at local retail outlets and workout studios. All new members receive a one-time 15% off coupon for RunOn! and Luke’s Locker. Luke's as well as a few others (including White Rock Bike Mart) offer a 10% discount to members all year.
  • Monthly DRC emailed newsletters to inform them of upcoming DRC races, events and other exciting news.
  • Volunteer Opportunities are a great way to give back to the club.  We are 100% volunteer-run organization, which means we can't survive without volunteers like YOU!  

 

How do I get to know other members?

There are lots of ways to get to know your fellow members.

(1) The training program is a great way to meet people because you’ll get together on a regular basis and work toward a common goal.  Click here for more information on the training program, which is available ONLY to members!

(2) Come to our monthly races (click here for dates and times) and volunteer! As a volunteer, you’ll have fun as you work with other club members. Click here for more information on opportunities to volunteer.  (We literally cannot do this without you – our club is volunteer-run!)

(3) We have social events throughout the year where members get together and have fun! The best way to keep up with social activities is to follow us on Facebook and on Twitter .

How much does membership cost?

There are a variety of membership options. Please visit this page for more information about membership benefits. Current options for membership include the following.  

Membership Type and Cost

Single –Anyone at or over the age of 18, $40 annually

Couple – Spouses or significant others living in the same household with the same mailing address, $65 annually

Family – No more than two adults (over the age of 21) and unlimited children (under the age of 21) living in the same household, $85 annually

Student –Anyone under the age of 18, $25 annually

Senior – Anyone over the age of 50, $20 annually

Senior Gold Lifetime – Anyone over the age of 70, $90 one-time fee

Each of these has the option to auto-renew for your convenience.  Auto-renewal is not required of membership.

 

What if my child doesn't have his or her own email address?

Please use your preferred email address if your child doesn’t have an email address. You’ll receive notifications about their membership in addition to your own.

OR

You can keep that email field blank while adding new family member.

OR 

You can use same email address for adding new family member.

How do I add my family to my couple or family membership?

Log in to your member profile. Click on My Account page, then click on Add Member button.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership by login to the system. Click on Renew Membership button is provided in my account page.

OR

You can renew your membership by click on Renew button on Home page.

How do I know when my membership expires?

Logged in to the System. You can see your Membership Expire date in my account page under Edit photo button.

How do I change my password?

If you lost your password then click on Member login button page will automatically directed to Member login page. Click on Forgot password button.Insert you Valid User name or Valid Email ID. Email will sent to your inserted Email ID.

OR

Logged in to the System.Select My profile from My Account page and click on Edit Profile button. Here you can set your new password here.

How do I locate my login information? (I lost my username and/or password.)

If you lost your password then click on Member login button page will automatically directed to Member login page. Click on Forgot password button.Insert you Valid User name or Valid Email ID. Email will sent to your inserted Email ID.

How do I locate my DRC number?

You can get your your DRC number from the My Account Page once you logged in to the site.
